Should you find yourself anywheres near Blue Earth, Minnesota, you need to take time to stop in to the CABIN COFFEE CO. Located conveniently off of interstate 90, you can get in and out quickly. They have a drive-thru, as well as ample interior seating. The baristas are extremely pleasant and happy, clearly they love their job, and have enjoyed the fruits of their brewing labor. On our visit today we had a drip coffee and a espresso drink. Both were crafted to perfection and are very enjoyable. Absolutely will be coming back. ”
